Before you start texting.

Can I text from my existing business number?

We can check whether the number is eligible for SMS and help enable messaging on your VoltageX account. For U.S. local numbers, complete the applicable registration before you send business texts.

What do I need for 10DLC registration?

Have your business details, texting use case, sample messages, and a description of how customers opt in. The VoltageX registration form walks you through what to provide.

Can customers opt out?

Honor opt-out requests such as STOP and only message people who have agreed to receive the type of texts you send. Let recipients know how to stop receiving messages.

Can I keep using my desk phone?

Yes. You can use a desk phone at the office and the app when you’re away. Contact us for help getting your extension set up.
