Start with the extensions your team needs
An extension is the phone identity used by a person or role in your system. List the people who need to make and answer calls, then discuss shared workspaces and departments with VoltageX.
The pricing page shows the current monthly rate for 1–4 extensions and the lower per-extension rate for 5 or more users. The calculator can help you compare team sizes before asking for a quote.
Separate phone numbers from extensions
A main business number can route calls to several extensions. Direct numbers can make specific people or departments easier to reach. You do not need to assume that every extension needs a separate public number.
Local numbers and toll-free numbers have their own listed monthly prices. Build the number plan around the way customers contact you, then review the full configuration with our team.
Choose equipment for each workspace
A reception desk may benefit from a larger screen and more line keys, while a mobile role may need a cordless handset. A meeting room, headset user, or paging installation has different equipment requirements.
Equipment is a separate part of the quote. The catalog shows reference prices and features. Ask us to confirm current pricing, compatibility, and availability before ordering or replacing phones.
- Desk phones or app access for each role
- Conference phones and headsets
- Power adapters, expansion modules, or other accessories
- Existing phones that may be compatible
Include fax, texting, and the move itself
Choose portal-based Basic eFax or a converter setup for a compatible fax machine. The upgraded plan has a monthly service charge and a one-time converter cost, both shown on the pricing page.
Discuss SMS registration and the messaging setup you need before enabling business texting. VoltageX installation and troubleshooting are free of charge. Ask for a quote that lists the recurring service, equipment, and any account-specific items together.
